\u003cp\u003e陈彦斌表示，对于经济稳定，需要结合实际增速与潜在增速等指标的走势，在总供给-总需求分析框架下对经济运行总体情况与主要矛盾进行研判。对于金融稳定，需要结合宏观债务、房地产、金融机构、外汇等重点领域的风险进行研判。\u003c!--MID_AD_1--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_1--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_1--\u003e
